Last updated: June 2, 2026

1. Parties and scope

These terms are entered into by Token4AI Cloud (the "Platform") and any natural person, legal entity, or organization that registers for, logs in to, purchases, calls, or otherwise uses Platform services.

The Platform is operated by TokenForAI Inc., a company registered in the State of Colorado, United States. Colorado Secretary of State Entity ID: 20261583107; status: Good Standing; principal address: 504 N 8th St, Aspen, CO 81611, United States.

By completing registration, sign-in, payment, or actual use of any Platform service, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.

The Platform provides AI technology services, membership subscriptions, paid API access, and related website and API functions.

2. Registration and account management

Users must provide truthful, accurate, complete, valid registration information as required by the Platform and are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of that information.

Users must properly safeguard their account, password, verification codes, and other login credentials, and remain responsible for operations, transactions, and payments under their account.

If account theft, abnormal logins, or other security risks are discovered, the user should immediately contact customer support at support@token4ai.cloud.

3. Rules for using the service

Users must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and public order requirements when using Platform services, and may not use the Platform for illegal or non-compliant activities, infringement, disruption, or the dissemination of unlawful content.

Users may not crack, tamper with, reverse engineer, or intrude into Platform systems through technical means, nor abuse service permissions, maliciously attack Platform services, or engage in fake orders, cash-out abuse, fraud, or similar conduct.

If a user violates the rules of use, the Platform may issue warnings, restrict functions, suspend services, ban accounts, recover benefits, or take other measures as appropriate.

4. Payment and refund rules

Once a user confirms an order and submits a payment instruction, the user is deemed to understand the corresponding service content, price, validity period, and usage rules.

After payment succeeds, the Platform will provide the agreed service. Refund requests arising from the user’s own reasons will be handled under the published refund policy and applicable law.

Users must ensure the lawful source of payment accounts and may not use illegal funds, stolen payment accounts, or other prohibited means for payment. Otherwise, the Platform may cancel the order, freeze the account, and cooperate with regulatory investigations.

5. Intellectual property and disclaimer

The intellectual property rights in text, code, interface designs, trademarks, images, data, documents, and other content provided by the Platform belong to the Platform or the lawful rights holders. Without authorization, users may not copy, distribute, modify, commercialize, or license such content to others.

Where service interruption, delay, or functionality changes arise from force majeure, network failures, power interruptions, third-party service issues, policy adjustments, or regulatory requirements, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to remedy the issue but will not assume liability beyond what is required by law.

The Platform provides technical or content services within the agreed scope and does not make express or implied guarantees regarding business decisions, operating results, or indirect losses arising from the user’s use of the service.

6. Changes and termination

The Platform may revise these terms based on business development, updates to laws and regulations, or regulatory requirements. Revised terms will be published prominently on the website and take effect after publication.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a user violates these terms, the Platform may suspend or terminate services. After a user requests account cancellation, related data will be handled under the privacy policy and applicable law.

Notices, questions, and support requests related to these terms or Platform services may be sent to support@token4ai.cloud.

7. Dispute resolution

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply where a user is located, the formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Any dispute arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may seek relief before a court or other competent forum with jurisdiction in Colorado.
